NOTICE ABOUT CANADA POST STRIKE
Due to the Canada Post strike, shipping for online orders will be affected. We can either hold your package for delivery when the strike is over or we can give you a quote for UPS shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
1. What are shipping options?
When you place your order, you may choose either curbside pickup or delivery by Canada Post. Please be aware that certain items (eg rulers, batting) are not eligible for mailing.

Shipping charges are based on the value of the order and the delivery address. Current rates are as follows:
3. What if there is a mistake or damaged items in my order?
Mistakes happen, despite our best efforts! Please email us right away with the particulars (and pictures, if necessary), and we'll sort it out.
4. What if I want to return an item?
We accept returns of notions within 14 days of purchase, providing the packaging is intact, the goods have not been used, and they are in original condition. We do not accept returns of cut fabric, books, or patterns. The customer is responsible for return postage, if necessary.
5. How do I use a gift card or coupon code online?
Go to your shopping cart and under the subtotal, you will see a box that says 'Gift Card / Coupon Code'. Enter the number on the back of your gift card or the 5-digit code on the bottom of your rewards coupon receipt and click 'Apply'. The amount with then be taken off of your total.
6. I paid for my order with PayPal. Why does the receipt say 'Stitch Please Inc'?
When Amy and Samantha bought the store, Quilty Pleasures Inc was already taken (by Val and Leslie) so they needed to incorporate under a different name. They chose Stitch Please Inc which is what the PayPal account is under.
7. Does Quilty Pleasures repair sewing machines?
Yes, we repair most makes and models. Unfortunately, we cannot repair Brother, Omega or Europro machines. We have two Pfaff-certified technicians who will take good care of your sewing machine! You do not need an appointment for drop-off. Wait times tend to fluctuate so check with a staff member for the most recent estimate at 613-834-3044. Please remember to bring your foot pedal, power cord and a regular zigzag foot with your machine. Please read our full repair policy here.
