BEFORE CLASS:
1. Please have all of your cutting done.  This includes fabric, fleece, interfacing and vinyl.
2. Fuse the Decor Bond to the OUTER fabric.
3.Fuse the Fusible Fleece to the LINING fabric.
4. Press the 1" x 14" strips lengthwise wrong sides together (pg.1, step 1A)
