-a minimum of 4 FQs (this is enough for 4 matching blocks), the more fabrics, the greater the variety within each block
-a new 80/12 microtex needle
-neutral thread to blend

Pre Class Preparation
-cut four (4) WOF (width of fabric strips) X 1/75" for inner borders from background fabric
-cut sixteen (16) WOF strips X 1.25" subcut each strip into one of each of the following lengths;
(1)2.75", (1)3.5", (1)4.5", (1)5.25", (1)6.25", (1)6.75" from background fabric
-cut leftover background fabric into sixteen (16) 1.25" squares

| Skill Details: | It is expected that students have completed Quilting 1. Participants will be more successful if they are able to sew an accurate 1/4" seam and are comfortable cutting with a rotary cutter and ruler. |
