Requirements:
JoJo Quilt Supply List Book: Stripology Mixology 2 by Gudrun Erla (407716) Ruler: Stripology Squared (1202045) or Stripology XL (1209676). Please note that the Stripology Squared ruler is less bulky and therefore easier to use for this project); Fabric: Choose your finished size from page 11 of the Stripology Mixology 2 Book. The number of 10" squares required for each size is specified, as well as yardage for the binding and backing. Our sample is the Lap Size, which takes 48 squares. We cut our fabric from yardage into the 10" squares. (note that you can get four 10" squares from each 1/4 metre of fabric.) If you are a novice to this ruler, please arrange to come in prior to class for a demonstration on how to use it for cutting your squares to prepare for class. Alternatively, you can use a Layer Cake, which is a set of precut 10" squares. Sewing machine with all accessories, manual, power cord and foot control; Needle: Microtex 80/12; 1/4" foot for your sewing machine Thread: Neutral 50-wt cotton (Konfetti); GEasy Ruler Stickers (SKU 1202922) Basic sewing kit: Seam ripper, thread snips, awl, pins, Frixion pen, etc. Preparation: Please come with your 10" squares cut
